As the Title states, are there any differences between the newer Heads compared to the older ones? I heard something about cams with the newer heads. They have exhaust cams and not intake at this time? or is it Intake cam and not exhaust?

Going to buy a new set of heads to have some work done to them and want to see what the best way to go is. Reason for buying another set is, i dont want alot of down time.

I have a 03 350z at this time, maybe im better off just going with one from the 287 engine?
