Default Anyone got a DIY on a fuel return system install

Hi I was wondering if anyone has a DIY on a fuel return system (cjm stage 2). I was quoted a install price but it is above $400 dollars. Can this be done at home if you have an ok background on mechanics or its just to crazy to attempt. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks
