HA HA your kidding right? 300 isnt easy. its been 3 years now and the best we got is 290's with THOUSANDS in installed mods.
you want 350-400 the get about 25k-30k ready to spend
your going to need to stroke it to somewhere between 3.8 and 4.3. going to need atleast 13.0 to 1 comp BIG BIG cams, headers, exhaust, intake, stand alone someone that can tune it, countless hours of tuning, labor to do all of the above work, and then an unlimited supply of 116 octane race gas.
good luck. and if you get there let me know how close i was money wise

For NA its alla bout heads and cams and valvetrain. Not many companies find a market in that area so they decide not to make anything.. We only have like 4 different cams which are all about the same.. Nothing too big.. only a few companies make heads for our car and they're modified stock. Cosworth will likely change this soon enough (and phunks new IM)

Top Secret built a VQ32 with 475 hp.
I think our market for NA VQ products does not provide us parts worthy of such a goal. Cosworth is currently doing R&D with their upcoming motor and they are hitting 400hp at the crank.
300whp with bolt ons, Tomei 268s and great tunning is VERY possible. The majority of people spend it on FI for these motors though. In the US people spend the best bang for the buck when it comes to performance so NA is not popular on VQ motors here.
It is very possible though. Many people do not see it. Remember B series Honda VTEC motors weren't hitting 210+whp when they were just released. Supras weren't touching 1000whp on their motors the first year of release either.
The VQ popularity is exploding as it is. Just give it time and 300whp will be more "readily available" than it is now.

Cosworth crate motor or buy the Cosworth parts and build your own motor. If you want 350 whp you probably will not be able to get that NA and still be streetable.
