Default looking to get the timing cover on the engine chromed or polished...

I am trying to get my timing cover chromed or polished for my VQ and cant find a shop anywhere to do it. i have about a week to a week and a half to get it done before we reassemble the motor. anyone know of a place that could help me out and it doesnt have to be too close cause i dont mind shipping it out to get worked on. Thanks for the help.

Funny you mention it, I just spoke with a local shop in Tulsa about doing mine. Without actually looking at it in person, he quoted anywhere between 100 to 200 dollars. Here's the website if you're interested. Maybe he can cut us a deal if we do two at once.

call doug . . .I know he has done a swap for people in the past if he has a spare front cover. I dont recall how much it ended up being.
