Some Cylinders Running Lean?
Hi Guys,
I'm looking at picking up a 350Z in about 20mins, but something that a friend of mine had mentioned earlier has me thinking. This tech friend of mine said that he heard that 350Z's run lean on a couple of the cylinders because of the intake manifold not being an efficient design? Even in stock form. I did a quick couple of searches but didn't find anything on here to confirm or deny what he's saying. Can someone with some 350Z knowledge comment on whether this is true or not, and how to prevent this if it is true?
Thanks!

Actually, the problem is that the two front cylinders run rich, not lean. That is what spurred the development of the modified plenums (Crawford, Kinetix) then the spacers (AAM, Motordyne). They allow more air to the front two cylinders to lean them out a little.
