What does the noise sound like? Does it happen all the time or under certain circumstances? Can you tell underhood where it's originating from?

(give us something to work with besides "i have noticed some strange noise " )

Question

The noise is from the engine bay... it happens at low rpm... it's like a "whining" noise......and especially when the car is hot....

Did you get all of the air out of the system? I know my Stillen PS oil cooler made some crazy sounds until I got all of the air out.

If it is your PS oil cooler all you have to do is.......

Start the car
open the hood
remove the PS reservior cap
move the steering wheel from lock to lock until the noise stops
replace the PS reservior cap
close the hood
drive off happy

Start the car and turn the steering wheel lock to lock a couple times. That gets out any air in the power steering. Then double check you have the fluid topped off and you're good to go.
