Default Help car won't start

Well this is the second time my car has died. The car started fine when I went to drive to work but when I got off work and tried to start the car it won't start up. I can hear it crank and then it just dies and service engine light and all that comes on.Headlights would turn on but my keyfob doesn't work. This is not a battery problem because I tried to jump start it and nothing happens. This is the second time I've had this problem. I took it to the dealership last time and when they restarted the computer the problem went away. Problem right now is I'm 200 miles over the 60,000 warranty. Any help would be appreciated. I am so sick and tired of this car. BTW I drive a 03g35 coupe

Did you maybe somehow set off the alarm not knowingly.... like, open the doors but set the alarm again without knowing?

sounds like the imobalizer doing its thing!?/???

All I remember doing is parking the car, closed the doors, pressed the lock button on my keyfob and then going to work. After I got back from work I pressed the unlock button on the keyfob and the doors opened up but I couldn't start the car. Then I noticed later that the keyfob doesn't even work anymore!
