Default 6spd swap?

Does anyone have info, or a write-up on swapping the 5AT out for a 6spd manual? I have a trans, driveshaft, clutch/flywheel, harness, ECU, and crossmember.. How difficult is this to do? Am I missing any parts? The car is a 03 Touring model..

Oh man..... why'd you have to go and install the JWT on an auto, if you knew you wanted a 6MT??

you really didnt need a ECU or harness since it doesnt matter. What i heard is that this is needed when going from manual to auto because the auto tranny has plugs that go into it not the manual yea you need the pedal and shift **** and your set to go i was going to do his once but never got around it. I dont know how hard it is since a friend of mine that works at nissan was going to do it for me. Goodluck

My buddy was talking about doing a 6spd swap, long before the turbo idea came around.. He just got a sweet deal on a trans from a local guy.. so, he figured that he'd toss it in, before he grenades his slushbox.. It runs fine, for now.. but, I think we all know what the outcome will be, eventually.. So, might as well get it done, before the thing breaks..

Trav.. have I missed something? Are you putting a Z33 6speed on your SR? Is there some kind of adapter for the bellhousing, because that would be sick and save me from buying a S15 tranny for mine. Second, nice motor, just need to put a 16VE head on there with stiffer springs and don't stop until 8500rpm
