Default Just ordered the JWT Clutch/JWT Flywheel and JWT Pop Charger

Like it says in the thread title I just ordered some JWT stuff from Performance Nissan since my clutch went out in my 03' Touring with only 30,000 miles on it. Had it at the dealer this morning and they wanted $2347.00 to replace the clutch and flywheel. Can you believe the OEM Nissan Flywheel is $900 So ordered all of the above for $1013.87 and having another local Nissan dealer do the install for $460. Saved me about $1000 plus it is now an upgraded set up. Wasn't planning on the popcharger but screw it. Hopefully everything goes smooth because I am without my car until the parts show up. Come on Performance Nissan I know you'll deliver.

$2400 for the stock clutch/flywheel? Jeez. WTF happened that you needed to replace the flywheel?

Default Dealer prices are nuts

The dealer said I should replcae the flywheel whent he clutch is replaced. Which is fine because this was an upgrade I wanted anyways just didn't want to have to do it this way. Anyways the stock flywheel is 2 discs or some **** and is about $900. Tracked my order this morning and it will be here tomorrow. +1 for Performance Nissan, thanks for the help guys. Can't wait to get my car back. I think I got one of those faulty 2003 clutches. Oh well.

I'm sure you'll love the JWT combo... 500mile gentle break-in would be perfect. Try not to slip the clutch very much during the break-in process. GL!

That's good to know. Well I got the cost down $1000 from the dealers cost and an upgraded set up while at it so I'm cool with it. $1500 for clutch/flywheel and popcharger installed by dealer so labor is warrantied is decent.

Default Clutch

So I got the goods on Wednesday everything went smoothly, thanks to Performance Nissan. Some good guys over there. Had my car back Friday from the Nissan dealership and love it. The clutch took some getting use to since it lets out at the floor now instead of the end but that's fine with me. I love the sound of the popcharger roaring at WOT. I was worried about so called flywheel/transmission gear chatter and that was put to rest when I got the car back and it sounded exactly the same as it did with the stock clutch. Overall great experience and would recommend all 3 products to everyone.
