What upgrade should I do?
I have a 2003 Z. It has a K&N Typhoon intake and an Injen Exhaust System. I want some more power but I am not ready to pay for the turbo. What should I Get? Maybe some test pipes?

What model are we working with? I would mod in this order unless you already have it done. So here is about $10,000 worth of upgrades you could make and not break your wallet all at once. I would take a gradual approach to this and keep in mind your end goal (if you have one). If you don't, I would keep options open so you don't waste your money and ruin it for yourself down the road.
Prices are estimated and are for parts only, not labor.
This is my suggestion and only that. I'm sure some people might be able to define some terms better than I can.
Cheers

pretty easy path from what you have now
1. plenum spacer
2. high flow cats or test pipes - with the Injen, test pipes will be loud - all depends what you can live with day to day.
3. UTEC
4. 3.9 final drive gears
5. clutch/flywheel
from there everything becomes very expensive, so it depends on your budget
