Default 600whp 350z

Hey guys,

Just curious if a 350z can acheive 600w*hp... Im sure it can with the right amount of money...

A friend of mine is claiming his dads Z (weird, i know, haha) dynoed 600HP. I know he has a turbo on it and im not sure what else, but im still surprised...

Of course it's achievable!? You're wallet will shrink dramatically once it's done though.....

There is an old drag racing saying that goes like this:

Never mind about your buddy’s car. What did you bring?

I'm sure if Opera drove a 350 and wanted it to be capable of space flight, it could be done. It only takes money.

Built motor and an upgraded JWT TT and your over 700. Give Micheal at VRT a call, they have several 350/G35c under their belts with this setup. Not cheap, but very doable.

that's the easiest solution, yes. Or ask him what shop it was dyno'd at, and ask them if they've had any older guys in 350z's dyno 600hp

With the amount of knowledge now I dont think it would take 25K for 600whp

Pistons, rods, huge single, fuel mods ---- probably 10-15K depending on who does the labor and if the builder can fab the mani etc...

Hell a Greddy kit on 19psi dyno'd 540whp or so with a pistons and rod setup

Alberto is in the high 500's and Bigbri is in the low-mid 600's with his setup. I am sure if Alberto ran higher boost levels, he will also hit 600+whp. Have yet to see VRT pull 600whp+. The 700hp u are referring to is the BB700 turbos that they use which has a potential of 700 crank hp...not whp.

... and it's potential not actual. I refuse to accept any numbers unless they run them at the track from now on. too easy to fix them on a dyno. can't cheat an E.T.

MRC also is over 600 (APS TT)... pretty car. and I know someone said it... I think... but BigBri redyno'd at low 600s... there were a couple issues and he wasn't at full boost.

CarV2 is at low 600s as well.
