Default Just installed new tranny, WTF!

I bought a rebuilt trans and installed it today. As I was finising up I was bolting on the driveline and noticed that it spins free I checked to see if the trans was in gear, it was. I also installed a stock clutch. Clutch seems really stiff but the shift fork is moving. Any ideas??? Man If I have to pull this trans again Im going to shiet!

Ok heres the deal. Revised trans uses a revised shift fork. I dont have a revised shift fork with me. So I noticed that the ball that the fork sits on is different. One is about 2in long and one is about a 1in long. I swapped the two and no more problems. Just thought I would post this just in case someone else runs into this problem.
