I only do the front 2 - you might get a little extra oil out when the car is level (4 jack stands), but I doutb there's much difference.

I always only jack up the passenger side only. Then when I drain the oil out I lower the jack so, the car is level and most of the oil drips out.

Just make sure that if you use a jack, you have jackstands as well anytime you are underneath the car.

+1 on ramps, much, much easier and infinitely safer.

on ramps for oil changes. Its much faster and easier.

No need for stands unless wheels have to be removed for brake/suspension work.

on my g coupe, I pulled it onto ramps and then opened the drain valve. I let the oil drain and then just for kicks I raised the rear using a jack so that it was level with the front height and not a single drop more came out... (so I think the slight incline is no big deal).

I made my own. 2X12 lumber cut at 45deg angle, start with an 8' length and then progressively shorter boards stacked on top, 6 high gives over 10" of height. Only 2" road clearance needed and you're good to go.
