06's are a little heavier in general, but you also have the added weight of stuff like your LSD, TCS, Cruise Control, HID lights (all add up).
He has a revup, but you have quite a few boltons.
I really think it will be close, and will ultimately come down to how well your co-worker can drive. You pretty much just have to mash on the pedal, but if the other dude can't drive well, I would predict that you would pull away.
Good luck, should be a fun race

But still, whats the point of this whole thread? Bragging rights? Bragging rights that mean **** because you'll never race anyways.

Oh hell no. But, it's always the stick drivers who start complaining about us auto guys. Saying we can't drive , blah blah blah. Well, here is some fuel for the fire.
The clutch system is old, is has been surpassed by the new auto systems out there. If you like to complicate driving, buy a manual.
If you like to drive like they did 100's of years ago, buy a manual. If a auto sports car isn't a sports car, then drop your power steering, power doors, power windows, power brakes and drive the damn thing then. Be a man, drive the car, only girls need power steering and brakes. If being able to shift is what defines a man, and a good driver, well, i guess professional racing has no good drivers any more. They are all either clutchless or progressing that way. So, you like to complicate driving? Stick with a stick, go ahead and clutch onto the past. But then again, i guess you stick drivers are right, it requires ALOT of SKILL to lift your leg up and down and move the hand at the same time.
look i can drive a stick!
