Hey guys,

Recently when i full throttle my G in 1st gear, my car vibrates and pops (at the rear). It almost feels like my rear tires are slipping but with vigorous vibration and the car wont really accelerate even though the RPM is maxing out. Could it be my drivetrain (VLSD) going bad? Please HELP?

sounds like wheel hop. Depending on the road surface, and your tires...this can happen. Try to avoid this..as its pretty harsh on the drivetrain.

 

+1 Wheel hop, very bad on drivetrain.....snap and your stranded.

 

The odd thing is, i have driven my G for a lil over a year now, and this occurance (hop/vibrating) just started recently. It used to only hop when i do sudden throttles in the wet. But now it happens when ever i step on the accelerator aggressively (DRY or wet). Also i realized my G is alot less willing to do donuts now, all it does is fling the tail, cant really do a controlled donut nomore.
