Question 07 350z performance modding

looking at the pictures of the engine bay, it doesn't seem like any current FI Kit would fit... or would it with minor fab? I guess you can still use pulley sets, but not sure about the plenum spacers. I'm assuming the dual intake valves are smaller? any speculations?

the lumpy hoods appears like it can clear a pretty tall plenum/spacer.

I was told by a salesman at the nissan dealership that the 07 is not going to be that different from the 06.. But that didnt make sense to me.. He then said the 08 is going to be completely different...... I wonder if I should probe into his intelligence.. where he gets his info...

Wouldn't a twin turbo kit basically function with two independent turbos, each turbo pressurizing one bank of cylinders on the '07 engine?

I think this double intake will prove to be more promising for Twin Turbo, not sure how a supercharger would work, besides the stillen which mounts on the plenum.... Any thoughts...

Someone here posted pics of the HR motor on display at an auto show. The plenum looked like it was completely modified and made of phenolic plastic. I remember looking at the runners, and it appeared they crossed over: The intake on the driver-side dumped air into the cylinders on the passenger. This could create a more direct flow. Also, it does not appear to need a plenum spacer because the plenum geometry has been modified so.

Just get two JWT pop chargers when modding. Or get two turbos/centrifugal superchargers. I'm not sure if the current stillen roots-type will work on this motor. There may be a modification needed because the lower plenum looks so different.

Here's a pic from the JUN 350z. But it illustrates what I mean about the geometry of the HR intake runners being changed, obsoleting the need for a plenum spacer. The HR motor pretty much mimics this motor (or vise versa, don't know which one came out first) but does it NA instead of turbo.
