Not to get off topic but if you are just throwing in new rod bolts aren't you worried about shifting the cap on a broken in engine. Running stock oil pump or a rev up oil pump(as insurance policy). JWT is definately just covering there *** because to many tards would hear something like the valves won't float until 8500 rpm and then wonder why all their rod bearings wanted out so bad they thought it a good idea to punch holes in the oil pan. Call back JWT and say you are building a motor and you are using stock valves(this is important cause using lighter valves would make the rpm higher) and at what rpm will you get float, that way they are only vouching for the springs and not the rest of the engine components. I got one of those ATi super dampeners and it makes the idle smoooootthhhhhh.

There is also a chance it gave you more hp up high due to smoothing things out better. Did you dyno it?
