Default constant burning clutch smell(not cuz i dont know how to drive), need advice

So late last night i was practicing my launches. Weird thing happened that never happened to me before was when i do my launches my clutch pedal will not depress. It gets stuck to the floor. I was revving to 3.75-4k before i let go of the clutch. I was feathering the clutch to the point where my wheels had traction and i was ready to shoot off but the clutch never grabbed. As soon as i let my foot off the pedal the clutch pedal slowly depressed. However if i revv'ed my car up to 3k and feathered the clutch i didn't have much of a problem launching.

So today i was driving around the city normally. Suddenly i started smelling a burnt clutch smell everytime i do a complete stop and i thought to myself, it cant be because of last night right? I mean even though i did burned my clutch last night it should have cooled down by now since i left it overnight. It may seem like my mind is playing a trick on me but it feels like the clutch is softer and it is less grabby.

Can anyone tell me what might be the possible problem i have here? Simple replace clutch fix?

Is it stock or aftermarket?

Sounds to me like you heated up the clutch fluid too much while practicing. The smell could be that you simply wore out your clutch doing so.

this is with a stock clutch.

Do i need to flush out my clutch fluid? And a worn out clutch means to buy a new one i suppose?

As far as I know, to launch the Zs with the stock clutch 2-3k rpm is optimal. Anything beyond that will get our clutch stuck + burnt smell.
