Default Oil changing question

Hi guys,
I'm going to be changing my oil pretty soon here. This is the first time i'm doing it on my Z, i was wondering if anybody can help me out with what size washer, and maybe what type i need for my oil drain when i close it up again? I know some people don't bother changing it out, but i'm afraid of potential leaks. Can anybody help me out? Thanks

just go to your nissan dealer. they have the right ones and they're like 72 cents

I usually go to the dealer and pick up a half dozen at a time. When I have one left I know it's time to get more.

Also, I recommend a power screwdriver for removing all the screws that hold up the plastic cowl underneath the engine. IMO it makes it alot easier to get the job done. Also, a small flat blade screwdriver will come in handy to pop off the push in retaining snap fastener.

With the cowl off, I can have a look around, wipe things down, etc...

it's all there in the DIY section, and you can get all the parts you need from your dealer, pep boys (tell them year and model of car), autozone, etc.
