I have a 07 350Z Base 1100 Miles

When I shift from third to fourth at any rpm I can hear a pop. It sounds similar to someone who cracked their knuckles. It happens about 85% of the time I make that shift. It sounds like its coming from directly in the shifter somewhere.
I have not noticed any performance problems or actually anything bad that is happening. It is just annoying because every time I make the 3rd to 4th shift I hear that damn noise.

Any help would be great.
