About every 30 or 40 starts, the engine will not start up on the first few tries. I have to let the motor sit for about 3 or 4 minutes and then when I try again, it usually starts right up for another 30 or 40 starts, then it happens again.

Anyone know what this could be? I am guessing spark plugs need to be changed. I have an 04 w/ 53,ooomiles.
