Default G-Tech Meter used to gauge mods

I was thinking about getting a G-Tech Performance Meter to test the HP output of my car as modifications are made to it.

Has anyone used one of these to estimate gains from modifications, or do most people have access to a local dyno? If you have a meter, were the results reliable?

I use mine for autocross.

I get results that are believable and use the software that I've written (and am selling as well) to do analysis of autocross run data.

I got one for free back when I had my RSX, it was pretty cool but I don't know abt how accurate it was- never did a real dyno test- either way sold it a while back but it was fun while I had it...GL...

if you input weight correctly and test on level ground it is extremely accurate.g-tech's claims are backed up by anyone who owns one,besides...even if it was way off(wich it's not)it is still a benchmark to gauge your progress.i bought one when they first came out in the 90's and still use it.it's acually hard to keep it in my possesion because everyone is constantly borrowing it!

I have it, While I can't say much about its accuracy, I mostly use it to improve shifting time and launch as well as improvement on mods. I heard is supposably VERY accurate on the 1/4 runs
