Default 07 lots of weird problems all at once

Ok, these problems started yesterday afternoon.

I got in the car, turned on AC and noticed my recycle air is on. I thought this was odd because normally turning the AC on automatically puts the outside air on. So I turn it to take the outside air... I normally only need to put it on REAL low and the air moves out pretty fast like that. I noticed I barely felt anything. Turning it up pushed more air, but it was not like it used to be. When I'd have the air off, on fresh outside air, with windows down a little bit, I could feel a decent amount of air coming out of the vents. Now, I feel none on both recycle on fresh air...

Today I get ready to leave for work, I turn it on and let it warm up... almost sounded like it choaked? I rev'd it up, almost sounded like an engine miss!?!?! wtf is going on here...

I drive it home, I get in the driveway and rev it up... Ok.. no miss...
However.. I noticed something I might not have noticed before maybe? That when I rev it up and it starts to drop down, it pauses and sits at 1 1/2 krpm for like a second, THEN drops down...

the only performance mods i have are stillen twin intakes and sway bars...

suggestions?

im getting ready to pop hood and inspect intakes now...

I have custom dual intakes on my car, a prototype in fact.. it does the samething with the A/C on... Its 90 degrees around here so i'm running the a/c all the time now. I was thinking of going back to the stock intake's to check it out...

yea im starting to think everything is normal...

i do think i have a malfunction with my fresh air/recycle air though...

that's a difference i can definently feel...

up until now, if i had my air off, and i had it on fresh air, id still have to turn it to recycle air because i had to much air blowing in my face...

i was actually surprised how much blew through... maybe it was just malfunctioning before... and now it's fixed?

I had several diffrent intakes on my old car and they all made the car run really poorly. I dont think that aftermarket compaines put the R&D into products that they shoud. My Civic Si had a MAF and the intake wasnt properly designed, the throttle was laggy-er and the car woul stall out if i reved it a few times

I have the stillen intakes on my car and haven't noticed any difference with the a/c system and I use it everyday. The revving thing is normal.

When I turn on the a/c it defaults to recirc and then once it cools off enough in the car, it'll lower the fan speed and switch over to pulling in fresh air. Was there a difference in outside temp or some other factor that could have affected the a/c system's function?

OP, it is supposed to be that way. One should never use fresh air anyway when the A/C is on; it puts unnecessary load on the compressor. Check your owners manual. It clearly mentions that recirculation control will turn on when A/C is powered up.

yes i did check it
for some reason my fresh/recyc mode was not on auto mode... i held button in 1.5s, lights blinked, turned ac on and it went to recycl automatically...
i'll leave it that way for now on, unfortunatly i already drove 10,000 miles with it like that

Justin: yes, past three have been extremely hot... 90-100 degrees, the days before that were just really humid, but not as hot.

The intakes i think just brought-out the problem to my attention with the idle. My fresh/recyc mode works fine i guess, just like my 06. What brought this as a problem to my attention is that if i drive on the highway and then coast in neutral it will hang at 1500 rpm then go back down to 900. Another thing i noticed is that I can leave the car in 1st gear or 2nd, and it will coast on its own at 1200 rpm... which it had never done before. I have 5000 miles on the 07.
