i tried searching for this, but i couldnt find anything about it. When i move the shifter side to side, i noticed that it takes no effort to push the shifter to the left side, but it feels stiffer when i push it to right side. is this normal?

makes it easier to get into 1st, it' probably stiffer so that you stay away from initially putting it into 5th or 6th or even reverse on accident
