Default Car makes strage sound when going over bump after strut removal?

I have an 06 Z.

i had to remove the factory strut bar in order to replace the spark plugs. I didnt find any stickies or tips on removing the factory strut bar so i assumed it was a straighforward removal...just unscrew the 4 bolts on each side of the strut bar and pull off..

so everything went ok with the plugs, and the last step was pretty much reinstalling the factory strut bar which i did with no problems.

Again, i didnt find any special instructions for installing a strut bar so i just started on one side, screwed on 4 bolts, then went to the other side and screwed in those 4 bolts. thats all i did.

BUT, ive noticed, that when the car goes into a 'dip', like say after a speed bump. it makes a strange bump as the front wheels go over it. almost like something is rubbing or touching inside there. the sound seems to come from the front of the car.

My questions is,
was i supposed to do something special to install the factory strut bar back at factory spec??

was there a special order i should have tightened the bolts back??

Am i supposed to play around with that one big silver bolt that is on the actual strut bar?? i think its called the tensioner bolt..
