You might check the inside of bank 2 cats [check both just to be sure if #2 is ok] for melting as this code occurs on Titans and others and that is the usual outcome if after replacing O2 the code comes back.

Possibly a bad O2 sensor which is used by the ECU to select the correct injector pulse width for A/F ratio that makes the pollution police happy..??

yes i do. but i had them for a while w/ no problems, then the CEL randomly came off, i got it cleared a few times, and reset the ecu a few time and it would always come back on until one time it just went off for a while after i filled up some gas (i doubt the gas had anything to do with it, i think it was just coincidence) then it stayed off till recently.
