Default Oil Changing

Hey I have been stressing over this for the past couple of days now. I recently got my second oil change and I was wondering if it is possible to get the "synthetic" type oil instead of the regular oil next time. Is it too late? ><
Thanks in advance

It shouldn't be a big deal. Just put synthetic in at the next oil change. I change my own oil now, but before I had it changed at the dealer and I just bought my own oil and brought it to the dealer to have put in when changing the oil.

I'm going to respectfully disagree on this. My preorder '03 VQ needed more time and miles to properly break-in. Mine required almost 5K before the rings were properly seated and I could switch from dino to synthetic oil. Otherwise, it just burned oil too quickly.

If that is the case, why do some cars come from the factory with synthetic? I too waited until about 5000 but only because the dealer threw in the 1st free change at 1500 miles. Oil is for lubrication - it's not like it has nutritional value or something, synthetic just takes more miles to break down. I will never understand these debates about dino vs. synthetic.
