What do you mean by tuned? Did they install the listed components in your sig, or do you mean to say AAM performed their reflash? You stated a CEL with cats- oem, highflow, or did you mean TPs as listed in your sig? Thx for clarifying.

hahah wow i got pwnd by a.d.d.
What i actually meant was:
1600 miles ago, AAM reflashed and tuned my ECU extensively. Ive had my test pipes for a long time even before the tune.
Here is a timeline:
0 miles -new 350z
around 4k miles -test pipes
4001 miles -CEL (catalytic inefficiency codes bank 1 and 2)
around 8k miles -exhaust
10400 miles -reflash and tune
10401-10460miles -no CEL
10461 miles -CEL (F!)
-----------at this point, i was noticing some performance changes. While driving without a CEL, the CEL came on
-----------suddenly, and i lost a lot of power to the wheels and the exhaust note greatly changed. The car began
-----------sputtering and stupid chit like that.
12000 miles (EXACTLY 1600 miles after the tune) -No CEL
130-- miles and counting- still no CEL

I installed berk test pipes on my 07 nismo 5 days ago. The SES codes I am throwing are p0420/030. I usually make it 15-30 miles after reset before I throw the same codes.
The berks have the built-in non fouler but that didnt work. I made a set using the non-foulers at advance and have added them to the built-in non-fouler. My sensors are approx. 2 inches from the exhaust flow. I have some steel wool to see if that fixes it. I am gonna put it between the built-in and added non-foulers.
I have looked into the o2 sims/mil eliminators. I am thinking of making this one http://www.paladinmicro.com/MustangMILEliminator.htm.
I have a question. Do the rear o2 sensors affect the A/F ratio or do they just monitor the efficiency of the cat?
The service manual says that "the rear sensor is not used to control the engine system under normal conditions," but what conditions does it affect the engine, BUT it also says this: "Heated oxygen sensor 2 is located downstream of the three way catalyst 1. Even if the switching characteristics of air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 shift, the air-fuel ratio is controlled to stoichiometric by the signal from heated oxygen sensor 2."
I wouldn't mind throwing a code every 3000 miles, but it is a pain in the butt to reset every day.
Anybody have any new info for the SES light issue.

So about two weeks ago I fill her up with 93 Octane, and then notice it's with 10% Ethanol. So I am like ok. Well now I am down to about a ¼ tank and have started throwing this P2A03 “O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance, Bank 2 Sensor 1” code.
Some background on my ride.
.2006
.Nismo Cat Back
.K&N Seris 63 intake
.MotorDyne 5/16 ISO Spacer & Mrev 2
.Berk Metallic Substrate Cats
.UPREV Osiris Tuned "Running the 93 Tuned Map"
Could the 10% Ethanol be causing this?
AFR's under normal Driving:"Avg" RPM 2125, B1=14.65, B2=13.59
AFR's under hard Driving:"Avg" B1=13.69, B2=13.77
Right now I am thinking about Tony's idea, and replace all the gaskets. I just need to find them.
1. Header to Cat Gasket. Qty - 2
2. Cat to Nismo Y-pipe. I think it's 2.5". Qty - 2
3. Y-Pipe 3" flange to straight pipe back to muffler. Qty - 1

I filled up with Chevron this time and I usually use Shell. I think that may have caused a issue with me too. Tony, I can't see there being any leaks when I have driven 4k of miles fine, checked it a few times already to see of anything was loose since and they were tight as can be. New gaskets from Berk were installed as well when I got them new.
I am still on the same tank of gas, and I reset the light monitoring it now. My next try will be putting some BG44k in there for the fuel system to see if it helps any and switch back to Shell gas. If that doesn't work then the steel wool thing is next.

Well I filled up with Chevron my-self. I cleared the Code. So it's looking good for about 60 miles, the |SES| is back.
So after talking with Jared, I am going to try Swapping the Left an Right Bank 2 Sensor.
I guess while it out I can clean them too. I guess will see.
