Mine is an 06, but it's worth a try. You said you checked that the harnesses were secured, right? Well, I did the same when I did mine, and they felt like they snapped in place, but they don't go in all the way. I don't want to insult your intelligence, but you need to push the plug far beyond the first resistance felt.
I looked at the readings using Cipher when I had the light problem, and it sounds like your findings; plugged them correctly, and light gone.

The fronts were never unplugged, and the back's certainly do feel quite tight, they snapped right in. If they weren't plugged in putting the antifoulers on wouldn't of made the CEL take longer to come on and I wouldn't be getting any current through the signal wire on the harness.

No stuffing. One side I am only using one non fouler and the other side (drv) two.

Good luck! I hope it works.

I can see the days in the future if you trip a cel due to emission parts the government will send you a fix a ticket. After getting the ticket you will have to appear in court to prove that the issue has been fixed. It sounds ridiculous, but with GPS systems and ECU's becoming more advanced it is not unbelieable.

Tried that configuration, popped a CEL before I even hit 67 miles. Obviously it is the rear sensors tossing the code since removing the stuffing and one non fouler on the passenger side tripped it way sooner.

You're one lucky dog for sure... I was curious about the codes so I scanned them... P0420 (didn't get that with the non foulers + padding) and P2A03.

My next step... two non foulers without padding on both sensors. Cleared the codes and went for a drive. I would scan the ecu every 5-7 miles and drive cycle it (turn the car off/on) every so often to get 5-6 drive cycles in. After 15 miles the ECU was already putting up a "pending" (MIL, but no light yet since it's pending): P0420. 25 miles we've got another pending: P2A03.

Ok... got that. Put stuffing back in the non foulers, cleared the codes... Same drive cycle. 33 miles later, no codes (not even pending). Obviously if there was a problem with the front O2 sensors P2A03 would already be pending...

Go figure?

The gains are substantial. Mine are resonated.

Popped a CEL around 52 miles on my way to the coast. I'll scan it when I get home, expecting that stupid P2A03 code again.

I ordered it Monday (shipped Tuesday). I've been playing with the non foulers to see WTF was up before slicing my harness.

Update:

Throwing code P2A00, now we're getting somewhere

I changed positions of the rear O2's last time I was under the car. Bank 2's went to Bank 1, and vice versa. No longer throwing P2A03 (bank 2 sensor 1 circuit), but P2A00 (bank 1 sensor 1 circuit).

Guess someone at the shop that put my TP's on fugged up my sensor? Dropped it or fugged up the harness? Hm...

I recently started throwing a p1168 about every 500-600 miles (A/F sensor circuit malfunction, closed loop control, bank 2). It's happened three times so far. With about 5000 miles on my high flow cats. Guess I need to check the wiring harness & connections and/or get some non-foulers. :-(

Fun fun...
