I know everyone gets tired of these hypothetical questions by those of us who have zero mechanical knowlege. But, what would be the effects of lowered compression on an otherwise stock VQ? Also, are the current turbo 'experimentors' (GReddy, Power Enterprises, Top Secret, etc.) making their kits for the stock compression VQ? If so, would getting lower compression pistons (like the sgpracing 8.5:1s) screw up the electronics of the turbo kit, or simply allow you to run more boost? I just seems like it would be easier to buy the lower compression psitons and run more boost than worry about blowing your engine. Thanks.
