ACT Flywheel vs. JWT flywheel
Maybe I might get more responses here:
I have a 04 G35 coupe and was wondering which one do you think is the more quieter one and better?

both are good units - you can save money on the JWT by just buying a Fidanza, as that is who makes the JWT flywheel
Some like the one piece design of the ACT (I prefer these), some like the 2 piece units - both work fine and both are reliable
The JWT is a bit noisier though

The only real difference between the two is weight. The Street-Lite is heavier for better street use and lower idle. If you go Pro-lite there is more power to be had, but you might need to turn up your idle a bit so your car doesn't die from idling down to fast. I had to up my idle speed 85RPMS which wasn't a huge deal but unless your exhaust is deafening, you will probably not even notice.

flywheel weight has nothing to do with the idle of the car - idle speed is determined by the ecu alone, and the flywheel weight has nothing to do with the vacuum signal of the car, which is the only thing that determines idle quality.
Yes a pro light requires more throttle when accelerating from a dead stop in 1 gear - other than that, it drives like stock. Quicker revs, both up and down the rpm scale vs the street light. Both are top notch units

I was debating the streetlite vs. prolite for awhile when I bought mine. I chose the Prolite and I have no regrets.
I drive a G35 sedan. I take the wfe and child out in the car. I drive clients in the car all day. There is nothing different with the way the car drives compared to stock.
Just get the Pro-lite....you won't regret it!
