I have a 03 287 hp motor and I was wondering if there would be a problem swapping it with a 05 rev-up? I have the ecu and harness for it. Will this be comparable with the rest of the systems in the car IE: vdc, tcs, abs and so on?

It won't cost me thousands to do. The rev-up takes boost better than the DE. I'm trying to decide on building a motor or going this route. Bottom line I'm curious to see if it will work.

Actually, it will cost you thousands to do unless you have a complete front half of a newer Z at your disposal
The motors are different, the wiring harnesses are different, the gauge clusters are different, the ecu's are different - you would be tearing the entire car apart, just to swap another stock, just-as-easy-to-blow motor in than what you already have.
The difference in how a revup deals with boost vs the DE is marginal - you would be far better served building the DE you have, than boosting an otherwise stock Revup that needs to be swapped in

Adam, are you saying that I need more than just the wiring harness and ecu for the motor? This is the information I was looking for. I already have the motor engine harness and ecu. Plus I have the whole car harness as well. If I need to replace all the stuff in the car then it won't pay to do this.
