Surely anyone with a TOM TOM and JDM badges wouldn't hate!!! They epitomize modding in it's true form....i'm gonna start a "My JDM badges ARE ON" thread!!!! Maybe he can add some input there.

Your ghey!

LS2 in a Z is the smartest thing anyone has done. I wish it was done before I went FI.

Thanks had a vette got the z and am happier. I love the process of building a car into what u want not just buying something fast and be like look what i own!
BTW u dont know how mod frinedly the ls engine is they can get insane and cheaper to mod then most other engines out there. BTW had a old buddy with a 77 vette with a ls with twin turbos - can we say 1000+ hp

Was there any information on how the wiring is tackled? I can see getting the engine wired to go wouldn't be THAT difficult. But getting the speedo, tach etc... would pose some challenges.

I found out today, that u can buy a crate LS2 with an ecu for $6700 and a T-56 tranmission for $2750. A race built sleeved 3.8 VQ35 is 10k or more. Add a maggie blower and this might be a cost effective alternative for those wanting in the 500 hp range
