Vola, there's +500hp for around 11K

skip the maggie, its been proven many times that centrifugal chargers make more power through the entire power band on the ls series, and they make alot less heat, making them more reliable

It is generally excepted on the LS2 tech forums that a maggie makes more power down low, and centrifugal make more in the upper RPM range. Nothing wrong with the Procharger type SC, although with thicker radiator and longer LS2 engine will not leave you much room to mount a Procharger SC without major fender mods.

Hey Noah or Brian, How about another update, if that's possible?

^ i remember seeing a dyno sheet on corvetteforum.com of and overlay of the 2 at the same boost level (the centri was a paxton), and the paxton made more hp and tq everwhere, from where the chart started to where it ended.

unfortunatly i can't find that thread right now, i remember the thread started with a different subject and then some how changed to the whole supercharger debate, and i don't remember the title of the thread.

however, contact AAcorvettes or ECS and ask them

I personally think that the best fitting option for this swap is a roots style blower. Plenty of room upder that strut bar.

Sorry for not updating the thread....i bought a 93 rx7 and have been daydreaming about what to do to that car

if u want a positive displacement charger, than get a twinscrew, at least those don't make stupidheat like the roots blowers do. kenne bell and whipple make good twin screw superchargers, both have lsx applications

If you are looking into doing another LSx swap, I am selling my LS1/T56 with modified harness for a FD (RX7). I am also going to be selling my 94 RX7 (and aftermarket parts) if you know another person who wants to do the swap.

sounds crazy, me personally would have gone with a jdm swap. Something that makes a lot of power and is still able to keep the factory weight. something like this .....http://youtube.com/watch?v=_MNQf_t6Qgc or this
