Well today i got her back...i had a 80 mile ride from where i picked her up to a detailer and then to a photoshoot.
All i can say IS HOLY F UCK ING SHI T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously amazing....by far the best thing i have ever done....the car is amazing!!!! simply AMAZING!!!! The motor looks rediculous....that car pulls like a bat out of hell over 4K rpms...sadly my car's inspection and registration expired so i cannot be out driving it all night or i would....
This is seriously the way to go....i am sorry i pissed away $ on a twin turbo...the tourque that this thing produces is simply mind blowing...
AMAZING!!!!!!! EFF'N AMAZING!
The only con i see is that the exhaust is rediculously loud with my muffler set-up. This would be fine if all the car's paperwork is was in order and i was not worried about getting pulled over.
But all of the OEM gagues work, the tach, the oil pressure, the coolant temp you name it.
The car seriously hauls ***!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
Here is my review: Do this swap! Mortgage the house, sell the kids...whatever you do get a Hinson V8 swap....
The P Mu brakes also have such an amazing initial bite i was worried i'd get rear ended everytime i tapped the pedal.
Seriously.....i drove a VQ powered Z in bewteen stops today and no offense...but a stock Z is absolutely hideous compared to the LS2.
Next review....Nitrous

My car is really not a great estimte because of the extent of additional work I had Brian do for me. I had him add a custom nitrous kit, do my brakes, coilovers, swap seats etc.
I believe the mounting equpiment will be around $2500-$3000. The labor should be around $6000. And then you can pick whatever motor/trans combo you want. Basically Expect it to be right on par with a Built motor TT set-up for an LS2 with heads and cams. That LS2 combo with tuning, and hinson's long tubes should yield around 550ish rwhp NA. You can also do what i did and add nitrous on top of the LS2. Or if u want you can go FI.

Ac works! Everything works. There are many options for EMS but being this is proprietary info I would suggest you contact Brian at Hinson Supercars. He poured at least 300 hours into the wiring work on my car so I am sure he can answer that for you. BTW the rev limter also works so no need to worry about that issue as well.
Oh the Miles til empty and MPG will not work as that is calculated by the Z ecu but that's what we have a gas guage for.

What about cruise control? Did Hinson use all accessories, AC, power steering pump, alt from the LS or did he use Nissan?
This looks interesting!

I should have some new license plates (solves my registration and inspection issues temporarilly) as of monday night. I need to re-attach one of the side skirts and then I will gladly get some vids after Hot Import Nights DC
