The car is back in the shop today for a final attempt at wiring the stock dash. The only remaining wiring obstacle is the tachometer. The CAN system in this car introduced some new challenges for us to work around. We will have more information on that later today. We will also plumb the AC and finish welding the exhaust.
We are excited about getting the car back to Noah. I believe this conversion is going to be very popular due to just how well it has been executed. I want to make a humble apology about the delays in bringing the new website storefront up. The process took longer than we had planned. We will be adding more parts and content weekly, so I invite you to check back regularly.

It is true that Noah's car stayed at our shop for a while. The first four months were spent waiting on sponsored parts. No work was commisioned or planned for the vehicle during this time. Once the parts arrived, we received the "green light" to build the LS2 package for SEMA. We assembled a running display in ten days. It took two months for the car to return from SEMA because of the carrier that we used. The fixture time and additional R&D did take longer than expected, but it was reasonable given our shop load at the time. Unfortunately, six months were spent waiting for build approval/donated parts and car transport. These problems would not affect a normal turnkey build.

I sent Noah a message last week thanking him for his patience during the last year and BEGGING him to show up at Zdayz...
None the less, I am very interested in this build and have followed since day one. I even lurked the LS1tech forums reading up on the LS platform debate and the consensus there is that a built LS2 is superior to other LS power plants for a transplant, so Noah did great to make that choice.
I would request Hinsonsupercars website to include a TURN KEY price on 2 variables:
1) Complete transplant including LS2/transimission and supporting components for A/C.
2) Install excluding the cost of motor and transmission.
Looking forward to more results!

Guys the only thing I will say is that the quality of craftsmanship was worth every penny. Yes the projecttook a while but everyone will benefit from Brian's hard work and my patience. This swap is simply amazing and looks cleaner than an OE VQ install.
I have delt with and worked at many shops and I have yet to see an attention to detail, a level of craftsmanship and a willingness to accomidate the customer as I have experienced with Brian and his team.
I urge everyone interested to get online and get him some depositis....'cause once people see how amazing this looks, drives and sounds there will be lines around the block!

Too bad my car has a LOT of interior work to be finished by friday...then off to a show here....then off to HIN DC on the 19th. I have a few press stops along the way....i just hope I have enough will power to keep her around a legal speed while driving....after a year of car pooling, mass transportation and driving my 08 scion my foot has become very, VERY antsy to say the least

Pro - We'll get that information up shortly. We will most likely price the build without the engine as We sell the engines separately. Their prices vary widely based on mileage and model year.
We currently have four LS2 engines and one LS1 engine ready for purchase.

I am telling you.....the work he does is amazing...there really is no other option out there with this fit and finish. I wish i would have done this 2 years ago before ever going TT. The only thing I will be missing is the SSQV....but I heard the turbonator is a direct bolt-on!

I was this close ---> <--- to buying a GTO over a Z. Now that you guys have managed to pull this off, I'm simply blown away.
I'm very interested in numbers, etc. Also, how much does the LS2 weigh? Does it really affect the balance of the car?
And I'm also curious to what the Z would be like with a built/stroked motor with a Squires Twin Turbo Kit.
I'm waiting to see more results on this build and pricing. Only problem right now is my Z a daily driver until wife finishes her 2nd Masters. Doh $$$$
