Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post but yeah...
Im currently on my second tranny on my 06 Z and its currently have the same problem as the orginal one (grinding into 6th gear while engine is reved over 3K). The first was replaced under warranty but i had the stock clutch. I upgraded to a JWT clutch and flywheel and ive heard that this voids the trannys warranty.
Any help on this topic would be appreciated.
Thanks

You can always just go to a dealership and tell them straight up what's going on and get their take on it.
I would not take the chance, Nissan would have a good case since you didn't use OEM parts, who's to say the non-OEM parts were as balanced as is needed in the Nissan tranny (stupid I know) but I would swap in OEM stuff before talking to them about warranty work on it. If it was an air filter or exhaust, hell yea, but when you start changing internal parts things get complicated.

With the stock stuff i still had the same problem so im going to try and argue with that. Can they tell that its an aftermarket clutch by just looking at because i remeber them looking pretty similar.
