Ok so i installed a clutch masters flywheel and a xtd clutch off of ebay. at first it started out great, when i hit the 500 mile break in, i stomped it and i lost about 2 inches of clutch pedal. so i adjust my pedal, well over the last 3 weeks since i adjusted the pedal has gone down even more. so today i pulled the tranny to check everything, i had them warranty me a new clutch disk thinking that might be the problem. but after i pulled it apart the clutch disk still looked new as with the flywheel and pressure plate. But also i ordred a stage 2 disk from clutchnet. i put every thing back in the car, using the same pressure plate with a new disk. well now i have even less pedal then before, im grinding going into gears. i have check the fluid and blead the lines, did not help any. only thing i can think of is that pressure plate is some how bad. anyone ran into this problem before, i hate to pull the tranny again but if thats what i have to do its what i have to do.

yeah, i was talking about the grinding. Grinding definitely can come from a misaligned shifter.
Also, how are you bleeding your clutch? List your steps and i'll see if it's wrong.

maybe the pivot ball failed. doing some research, i hear that they are very prone to failure when installing aftermarket pressure plates. unfortunately, you would have to take everything apart again.

Just a thought, you might already know. Make sure you adjust the pedal height back out. The clutch pedal should sit a little higher the the brake pedal.
What happens when the clutch pedal is adjusted to low, the piston in the master cylinder won't be allowed to go back enough and draw new fluid from the reservoir. Also the push-rod, when the pedal is sitting at the top, the push-rod shouldn't be putting any force on the pedal, meaning is all the way out, so check that too. You can adjust the height back down a bit, after it's all bled.
