my car isn't even at 265 torque at the wheels (IIRC 250 on the dyno dynamics), so that sounds a bit optimistic

Arent you running a stroker kit N/A?? How come only 265 TQ? Arent Strokers supposed to make more TQ and sooner?

lol nice. btw where did OP obtain 272 degree cams for an HR? they have variable exhaust valve phasing too correct? jim wolf tec C8R cams?
