Anyways theres honestly a TON of threads on this subject.
and you wont get to 300 WHP without spending little money as
mentioned before. Use the search button or just look in the different sub forums
don't go out asking a question that has been asked a million times without actually
using some effort and looking for yourself.

you wont hit 300 without spending a ton of money.
Unfortunately i have not worked on any cars and am in no way a mechanic or a handy man. I'm only an enthusiast and these are things i've learned surfing this forum. Take what i say with a grain of salt.
cheapest na parts i can think of are:
Xo2 exhaust (~600 dollars (shipped) / +5-10 whp): hks knockoff, theres debate floating around on here that it'll fall apart in a few months, but all the xo2 owners have loved it and there hasn't been a single report ( not that im aware of ) of it falling apart. Like it or not even haters will agree that this will increase whp and is a great bang for the buck.
JWT pop charger (~150 dollars / ~10 whp): great air intake probably only second to the gruppe intake which is ridiculously expensive. Many people argue stock air box is the best with a k&n drop in filter, but this is the only intake i've seen on here with dyno sheets to back it up. Has it's downsides, it sucks up any air it can get its hands on in the engine bay, including hot ambient air. Heat soak will own you if you live in say nevada or texas.
test pipes (~200 dollars / + ~5 whp): cheap alternative to high flow cats, unfortunately i think test pipes are known to crack after a year or so. If i remember correctly the brand you wanna stay away from is megan. Gotta take these off and stick your stock cats back on everytime you go get your car checked by the sniffer.
pulley set(~200 dollars / + ~ 5-10whp): A new pulleyset will be lighter and the rule put out by stillen is 2.7hp for every pound of the crank. So depending on the brand you'll get x amount of whp.
plenum spacer ( ~250 dollars / + ~5-10whp): 1/4 or half inch depending on whether you have revup or not. MOARR AIRRRR
Unfortunately whp doesnt just add up as you would like, getting all these parts wont give you (10 + 15 +5 + 10) whp. When you upgrade one it effects the rest. So combining all these with a 200 dollar ecu tune will probably yield
~30whp?
Thats leaves you at ~260 whp, with over 1k spent on parts alone
( labor is a ***** unless you know how to do it yourself )
Parts after these basic bolt ons get a bit more expensive. I'm thinking headers and then tearing your car engine apart for pistons, heads.....
Hope this helps somewhat, or probably just made you want to sell your car and get a domestic or tt car.
