everytime i back out of my drive way i hear a loud knocking sound... sounds like its coming from the front right wheel... just recently put in eibach sportline springs.... again this only happens in reverse... i have never heard it when i back out of a parking spot. but of course im not backing up that far...

How many miles are on the car? Could be a u-joint.

 

around 35,XXX...

You have a front sway right? Check your end link I had mine set to full stiff and broke the end link. Disconnect the endlink to check if it is broken. It makes a loud pop sound. Also check your bushings .. one might have popped out.

Double check all the work that was done to install the springs, something must have been left loose.
