The first item is a good idea....the stock EVO uses it...sort of....it sprays down your intercooler for colder air....very good idea.

i've seen the water mist device the Evo has.. its set on 'auto' but i think there is a manual override where you can spritz water into the intercooler via misting fucntion .

imho. a $20 misty-mate might do just as good a job. but you might have to get out and pump it up !

A friend of mine has a sprayer set up like, not the same but like the first one on his 87 Buick Grand National. He just fills it up with CO2 because nitrous is kinda expensive to just be squirting on the intercooler. Everyone gets silly when they see the bottle and ask a bunch of dumb questions and then he has to explain what it does and people go 'oh' and walk way with no idea what he's talking about. The car runs low 11's but it has lots of work done to it.
