i think this is a Rev-Up engine as well....but one thing is for sure....it isn't an HR

ok im still new at Zs cuz i just bought mine last week, but what is the diff between those 2 motors?? yea yea i know its a noob question LOL.

Revup has a higher rev limit, a little more power, and oil consumption problems

Rev-up for sure. Front timing cover is the give away.

I think he meant the diff between the HR and the DE, the HR has a higher rev limit and more HP over the DE, both things you said were wrong :P, it you were comparing the non-revup DE to the revup DE, then you would have been correct

It looks like a rev up based on the front timing cover alone.

But I believe the HR has a different oil pan set-up as well anyway.

HR engine may be 306hp, but those ratings are the new strict SAE, so realistically it's closer to 325+.
