Default ACT Vs Stock Clutch & Flywheel

I can't get over how much better the new clutch feels when I'm driving. The car feels completely different. It more responsive, revs faster, and is much less jerky or "jumpy" I wonder what it is about the stock clutch that causes it to be jumpy? Also when doing a take-off I was wondering if I have to let off the clutch slowly until the shift feels as if it were "automatic" or if I can just let of the clutch at once and slam the clutch into gear? Is that going to hurt the clutch?

When doing the take-off its always easier on the clutch to let it off slowly but a good racing clutch can handle an aggressive take-off.

by the way, did you use the throwout bearing that come with the clutch kit?

The one I had from ACT had the same name and part number on it as the OEM one.
