could be a wheel bearing but i think the key word's here are "aftermarket wheels".if you still have a stock set it's a free test.
Mine did it with the stock wheels and with my 19's.I put on the lift today and cannot find any freeplay in any front end parts or anything on the car. This is getting me pissed off quickly.

check the sliders on the caliper's,if one is dragging it could give these symptoms.slighty worn tie rod ends coupled with a rotor warped will as well.

My tie rod ends have already been replaced, they where the first to go when I lowered my suspension. Have not thought about my brake system, I replaced it at about the same time as my rims. Rotora rotors, hawk pads and stoptech lines. It has gotten a lot of use over the past couple of years how would I know if thats the problem?

make sure your brake hardware moves freely first and then check rotor runout with a dial indicator.i don't know if you used o.e. tie rods, but alot of the aftermarket steering components are crap now.even moog's quality is not the same as it once was.some runout is o.k.,even needed to push the pads off of the rotor preventing drag/rolling resistance, but excessive runout will slap the pads so hard you will feel it.if you imagine that runout(even an acceptable amount) and compound it with worn tie rods and/or a sticky slider holding the pad against the rotor, strange chit is gonna happen.EDIT:when you balanced the tires did you use high speed balancer?
call around, most larger shops are willing to make the investment.usually tire specailty shops make the investment as well.if cold calling fails research balancer's pick a model and call the manufacturer to ask who they sold one to in tx.
I started having this issue when i replaced my rear tires with bfg kdw2s. It got worse and worse, intermittent vibration felt at 60-75 mph. Really annoying. I put my stock wheels back on and drove the car at every speed, perfect and smooth ride. All my after market wheels have been balanced, no dents. I think its bad tires.
