Exclamation Well One Thing Is For Sure........

After resseting my ECU yesterday, my BORLA once again "Woke UP" and did what it was suppossed to do...Sound AWESOME and plant me back in my seat!
I am definitely looking into either a flashed one or a re-programmed entirely new one. Just wondering how it will work with my ATI supercharger.....
So I would definitely advise resseting that bad boy, if you want that "Feeling" or you're heading out to the Track, Dyno, Race, etc.

TXSTYLE, a local company has a procharger with the ecu "tweek" done and he told me the tweek and the procharger worked great together. He said the power curve was amazing with both done, and much more steady. He changed his fuel cut off from 6.6k rpm to 7.1k and said the power curve goes up past the 6,600, then drops, oppose to going to abuot 6,000 and dropping.

for a supercharger, power gain should climb all the way up to redline since boost is RPM dependant.

Don't tell me you're going to beat me to the ProCharger! NOOOOOO! lol

No why couldn't we just get Nissan to allow something like LS1 Edit for the F-Bodies and Vettes??? Of course, it took them 5 years, but I'm not that patient!

Muwahahahaha!!! I'm waiting for a few months, just so I can do some "other" stuff first. All in the quest for the quickest Z I can make! You know, one of those deals where you have to race and beat me to see under the hood--and not just on the straight aways.

But I'll be resetting my ECU soon, after a few more installs, so I would like to see how the car reacts to it.

How do you reset your ECU? I heard you can unplug the battery for XX minutes or do some other thing where you rev the car and blah blah blah blah blah (i forgot). What happened to your other wheels TXSTYLE? I'll babysit them for you! Should you rest the ECU after every mod or only major mods?

Chebosto -

I think the procharger kit hits max boost before redline. It is no longer RPM dependant after that point. Just wanted to throw that correction in there.

Dyno proven this evening...

Resetting does nothing on the dyno.

Anyone know the lyrics to... "It's just your imagination..."
