Heys guys...I am experiencing this same problem. Can anyone provide any step by step instructions on how to remove the intake manifold and valve cover?

just so you know before you wana do anything, the valve cover comes in two solid pieces that are something like $290. The valve cover removal is pretty straight forward, hell, get a plenum spacer and make it easier on yourself (the instructions would come with the plenum spacer)/

Thanks for the info. I'll def keep that plenum spacer in mind whenever I have some free $$. So we got the valve cover off no problems..like you said pretty straight forward. Now I need to know how to replace the leaking o-ring in the valve cover. Any advice?

You can't replace just the tube seals, you have to replace the entire valve cover.
