This kit is looking pretty good, but I hope that price comes down a little. I would have to pass on it if it clocks in at $8K w/o install.
As for the GReddy, I've heard anywhere from $4500 to $7000 speculated from different sources. I've also heard a kit without IC and with IC putting those prices in such a wide range.
guess it's a race to see which company will get my money! My credit card is primed and I'm just waiting on some announcements now.

I don´t thimk it really matters that PE is using smaller turbos. If I am not mistaken the PE1420 is capable of 420hp per turbo and the 18g is good for 450 per side. so both of them could blow up our motor. I also believe that the reason PE used a smaller turbo was for quicker spool up and a more linear increase in power and torque.
Cheston:
Anymore news on the kit

PE USA has been asked to look into the Nissan 350GT and purchasing a 2004 model.
I wonder why....

wow. this is the best thing I have heard about since my preorder confirmation! now only to find $8 grand to spend. How much does an install like this usually cost? Also any estimates of 1/4 mile times with the boost at the recommended level? I mean the current bars producing 394rwhp? Assuming a 14.0 sec. starting point how much time could be saved?

hey jeff-
i thought about it.. but with the turbos its already forcing enough air to the end of the plenum, to where the two front banks are getting 'less' air supposedly... - my tuner suggested that it was unnecessary. and i like my stock strut bar.. i might think about the esprit spacer kit, or boring out the inside of the plenum--
i read those technical papers. nissan made 105% volumetic efficiency at 5600 rpms with the Vq... i dunno if i wanna mess with changing their plenum.. (no offense to crawford .. their plenum kicks ***) i just dont feel that its necessary right now.. i might change my mind if i decide to build it up full tilt..

Crawford
I think the point of the Crawford design isn't the actual increase in flow to the front cyclinders alone. It is the equalization of the distribution of flow in th eintake plenum. If the rear cylinders receve more Flow with ressect to the front cylinders , with FI or not, there could be a slight in-equity on the intake side.
When there is a per-cylinder an inequity, all the ECU can possibly do (even when re-mapped) is to optimze the timing and A/F to the least common denominator. THe input seonsors are "global" not localixed to any psecific set of cylinders.
But , of course the relative gain possibly had by the Crwaford mod probably paless comparison to the overall TT addtion.
But it would be an interesting apple to orange comp on the dyno.

I am pretty sure Top Secret as well as Power Enterprise is aware of how much boost it can't handle. It would be called R&D. Don't think that these two companies haven't blown up any engines. They have, weather or not they tell you is a different story. Chestons car was only a prototype for the US spec version, but the turbo was in R&D for a long time in japan. that why Cheston's motor never was destroyed. Anyways I can almost Garantee you that if you were to go for reliablity, Greddy will be the way to go. But all in all, All the turbos will run at a boost that will not destroy your engine. None of these companies would be willing to lose there reputation.
