put in fuel pump, car wont start.

I did the mods that cjs said along with putting a hole in the bottom of the bucket like it said in another install. The pump primes but the car doesnt start. Any ideas?

Any fuel pressure when it primes or on cranking?

had the same issue on my vortech install. Swapped it 7 times!!! never worked. got a new pump swapped in and she fired up on the first try.

Most likely a bad pump, is it a walbro 255lph pump by any chance?

stupid error on my part(kinda happens when you work 4 days straight on a car with less than 3 hours a sleep a night on top of working 12+hour days) had the rubber gasket on the wrong side of the regulator.
