OK, just bought the car and dealing with issues as they come up... yesterday evening i was driving.. i passed a car.. went up to 6k rpm's and then coasted down mystreet.. about houses down i pull into drive way and poof.. went dead... it started right back up but would not stayidling.. would idle up and down for 5 seconds or so then die... so then i let it cool off.. i took out the air filter and it started right up... so i changed air filter... it was a little dirty... anyway.. i went out this evening.. put in new air filter and it started and idled perfect.. so i drove it.. abotu 5 miles into my drive.. i accelerated hard again went up to about 6k rpms.. and then it started jerking hard.. it woudl NOT accelerate anymore... so i pulled over unplugged my maf or whatever is on the intake tube and i drove it another 3 miles in limp home mode... so.. any ides.. is the sensor bad.. but whydoes it only do this after i hit about red line... im confused and like i said i just got it 3 weeks ago...
